- Value statistically expected not to be redeemed.
- Outstanding Liability
- Stored value remaining available to customers.
- Escheatment Exposure
- Balances potentially subject to applicable unclaimed-property requirements.
- Expected Redemption
- Modeled future customer utilization of outstanding balances.
- Breakage Rate
- Modeled share of outstanding value not expected to be redeemed.
- Recognizable Opportunity
- Estimated breakage potentially relevant to financial reporting, subject to applicable accounting treatment.
- Cohort Analysis
- Redemption behavior grouped by issuance period and card age.
- Redemption Curve
- How quickly balances historically decline after issuance.
- Liability Aging
- How outstanding balances behave as stored value matures.
