Privacy notice

When you submit an audit request or unlock a calculator estimate, we collect the business contact details and program characteristics you provide, together with the inputs and outputs of that estimate.

We do not ask for, and do not want, customer-identifying data at enquiry stage. Program data used for analysis is transferred separately under an executed agreement.

Submitted information is used to respond to your enquiry, scope a potential engagement, and deliver analysis you have requested.

We may use aggregated, de-identified program characteristics to improve our models. Aggregates never identify a company or program.

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only to service providers who support our operations under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Enquiry records are retained only as long as needed for the purpose collected or as required for legitimate business and legal purposes. Engagement data is handled under the retention terms of the relevant agreement.

Access to submitted information is restricted to authorized personnel through role-based controls.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted. Contact us through the enquiry form and we will respond within a reasonable period.
